Refund Policy

Customers will receive refunds of online payment instantly if fails by itself (if not successful the booking).
Default all your refunds will be set to `optimum`.
Default Refund Speed Normal (customer will get refund within 5-7 working days) if booking is not confirmed by online.
2 % Payment gateway fee is mandatory on each refund. (If paid through payment gateway).
No Refunded, Fee mentioned to the below vehicle category. (if cancelled the booking by the customer himself ).

For Sedan

No cancellation fee, if booking cancelled by the customer before 12 hours of schedule time and date..
If booking cancelled by the customer within the 12 hours of schedule time and date.
A cancellation charge of 25% of the original cost of one day outstation travel fare will be charged.
A cancellation fee of Rs 300 will be charged for airport transfers and Rs 400 for local hourly hire journeys.

No cancellation fee, if booking cancelled by the customer before 12 hours of schedule time and date..
If booking cancelled by the customer within the 12 hours of schedule time and date.
A cancellation charge of 25% of the original cost of one day outstation travel fare will be charged.
A cancellation fee of Rs 1000 will be charged for airport transfers and local hourly hire journeys.

For Tempo Traveler

No cancellation fee, if booking cancelled by the customer before 4 days of schedule time and date..
Rs 4000 will be cancellation charges applicable to the customer, If the outstation and local hourly rental booking is cancelled by the customer within 96 hours of schedule date and time.

No cancellation fee, if booking canceled by the customer before 15 days of schedule time and date..
Rs 10,000 will be cancellation charges applicable to the customer, If the outstation and local hourly rental booking is cancelled by the customer within the 15 days of schedule date and time(Bus category is 21 seat).
If the tour is canceled after the scheduled date and time of the tour, the advance payment will not be refunded to the customer.

No cancellation charges, if the booking is canceled by the customer before 10 days of schedule date and time.
If the trip is canceled 10 days before the scheduled date and time of the tour, the advance payment will not be refunded to the customer.

No cancellation charges, if booking is cancelled by the customer before 25 days of schedule date and time.
If the trip is canceled, within 30 days the scheduled date and time of the trip, the advance payment will not be refunded to the customer.
