Refund Policy

• Customers will receive refunds of online payment instantly if fails by itself (if not successful the booking).

• Default all your refunds will be set to `optimum`.

• Default Refund Speed Normal (customer will get refund within 5-7 working days) if booking is not confirmed by online.

• 2 % Payment gateway fee is mandatory on each refund. (If paid through payment gateway).

• No Refunded, Fee mentioned to the below vehicle category. (if cancelled the booking by the customer himself ).

For Sedan

• No cancellation fee, if booking cancelled by the customer before 16 hours of schedule time and date..

• If booking cancelled by the customer within the 16 hours of schedule time and date..

• • • • • Rs 1000  cancellation fee applicable for outstation.

        • Rs 300 cancellation fee applicable for Airport transfer or Local hourly rental.

• If booking cancelled by the customer within the 10 hours of schedule time and date..

• • • • Rs 1500 cancellation fee applicable to the customer for outstation.

      • Rs 300 cancellation fee applicable to the customer for Airport transfer or Local hourly rental.

For SUV

• No cancellation fee, if booking cancelled by the customer before 16 hours of schedule time and date..

• If booking cancelled by the customer within the 16 hours of schedule time and date..

        • Rs 1000 cancellation fee applicable to the customer for Airport transfer or Local hourly rental.

For Tempo Traveler

• No cancellation fee, if booking cancelled by the customer before 4 days of schedule time and date..

• Rs 4000 cancellation fee applicable to the client for outstation and Local Rental, If booking cancelled by the customer within 4 days of schedule time and date..

• No Refunded to the client for outstation and Local Rental, If booking cancelled by the customer within 3 days of schedule time and date..

For BUS

• No cancellation fee, if booking cancelled by the customer before 15 days of schedule time and date..

• Rs 10,000 is cancellation fee applicable to the customer, If outstation and Local Rental booking cancelled by the customer within 15 days of schedule time and date (Bus category is 21 seat).

• Rs 15,000 is cancellation fee applicable to the customer, If outstation and Local Rental booking cancelled by the customer within 15 days of schedule time and date.(Bus category is 33 seat and above).

• No Refunded to the customer if cancelled the outstation and Local Rental, within 15 days of schedule time and date.

For Luxury Cars  

• No cancellation fee, if booking cancelled by the customer before 25 days of schedule time and date..

• No Refund, if booking cancelled by the customer within the 25 days of the schedule time and date.

For Vintage Cars  

• No cancellation fee, if booking cancelled by the customer before 25  days of schedule time and date.

• No Refund, if booking cancelled by the customer within the 25 days of schedule time and date.
